Holiday in OLHAO Algarve at Casa Monteiro apartment

Dear Kath, Francis, Agnelo, Tina & Pam

We have arrived home safely after enjoying an exciting holiday in Lisbon and Alarve.

On behalf of John, Rolina, Betty and myself, I take this opportunity of thanking you all for helping make our stay most enjoyable.

As a token of remembrance of our holiday we have put together some pictures for quick viewing with VIDEO clips to soon follow as a guide to friends who may plan a holiday in friendly Portugal.

A few link pages can be viewed by clicking on respective links above. Our days trip to FATIMA was extraordinary and understand mega changes have taken place over the past 5 years were the new underground church, chapels, museum is all state of the art and well worth visiting.

There is lot more information I plan to release in this blog which will be available in a few days time.

Dear folks,

Here we are just arrived in Lisbon and as we got out from the arrivals exit we were greeted by Agnelo, our friendly Goan SIGHTSEEING tour operator who is globally known to unlimited folks visiting Portugal especially Canadians from Toronto.

Agnelo took us for a quick lunch at one of the well known local restaurants where we enjoyed the well known FRANGO ASSADO chicken - also known as (chicken piri piri). The lunch was delicious.

As we had a couple of hours to kill before our trip to our villa in Algarve, we were invited to Agnelo's home, where we enjoyed a good chit chat with a good cup of tea to include the special Portuguese coffee kindly provided by Tina.

Agnelo runs his own tourist/tour business 'LISGOA SIGHTSEEING' taking visitors on tours and always arranges ones transport to and fro from the airport. A real friendly enterprising gentleman, whom meeting for the first time was real fun with his jokes and laughter and was perfect company in our team.

(As Agnelo is well known to many Canadians visiting Lisbon, we are now lucky to know Agnelo where our friends in the UK visiting Lisbon can enjoy the privillege of having their trip to Lisbon well planned in advance. Email is:- lisgoa@gmail.com

A quick lunch before our trip to
Algarve

On our journey to Casa Monteiro Villa OLAHAO Algarve

Our express coach journey took about 3 hours to reach our destination in Algrave where we were greeted by Pam who introduced us to our Casa Monteiro Villa, LT10, PT2, 1A 8700-408 OLHAO.

Here we are starting our holiday in Algarve staying in a super 5 star plus Dream Villa in a wonderful residential select area.
Details of this dream pad to follow on a special blog page as right now there is too much to say of this wonderful dream villa.

Betty and myself were lucky to be invited by John & Rolina from Toronto Canada to join them on this holiday venture.

Here we are the four of us out for a good time.

and we ended bidding farewell as John & Rolina were leaving early morning for the airport whilst Betty and myself had were leaving in the evening on 23rd June 2015.
